1. Refund Eligibility

  • We gladly accept returns and offer refunds on products that meet the following criteria:
    • The item is in its original condition, unopened, and unused.
    • The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

2. Initiate a Return

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at shop@streetequipped.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, the name of the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request has been approved, you may dispatch the returned product to us.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.

4. Refund Processing

  • If the return is approved, a restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount. This fee is applied to cover the costs associated with restocking, processing, and handling.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
  • If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

5. Exchanges

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
